01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bdbajje platform, accessible at bdbajje.vip. By accessing the website, downloading the bdbajje app, creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them, and agreed to be bound by them.

bdbajje reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the bdbajje platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the bdbajje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdbajje.

02. Eligibility

To register and use bdbajje, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Your bdbajje account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdbajje will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdbajje support immediately.
• bdbajje reserves the right to close any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or Terms violation.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdbajje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdbajje supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile wallets in Bangladesh.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bdbajje:

• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your bdbajje account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bdbajje reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your bdbajje account dashboard.
• Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit after it has been credited to your bdbajje account will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

bdbajje offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bdbajje bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.

06. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

07. Intellectual Property

bdbajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected on the account.
• A player has been found to be abusing bonuses or exploiting technical errors.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, bdbajje reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited.
